This new Palliative Care Campus for the HealthCare Chaplaincy, a national leader in research, education, and multi-faith patient-centered care, will include a 108-unit Enhanced Assisted Living Residence for persons with serious progressive illnesses; a geriatric and palliative care outpatient medical practice; as well as educational, research, clinical practice, and administrative facilities. The 180,000-square-foot projected LEED Platinum Certified building will be located in Lower Manhattan and serve as a national demonstration project for the healthcare industry.
