This is the fifth building designed for the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty. The eleven story 70 unit building was designed for low income elderly residents of the Coop City neighborhood of the Bronx. This is the second of two building on a campus that includes special landscaped areas fro resident recreation. Each of the buildings provide ample interior common areas for a variety of social and recreational programs. The Structure is masonry bearing wall and concrete plank. This building is to be built under the auspices of the HUD 202 program for Not-for-Profit sponsors.
