This twelve story mixed use residential building on East 124th Street in Manhattan was designed in collaboration with the firm of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. The building consists of 183 residential units with retail space at the ground floor on the Avenue, and an underground parking structure. The structure was designed as part of the inclusionary housing program for the new 125th street Special Zoning District. A large percentage of the residences have been reserved for low and middle income families. The building was designed to incorporate the principles of sustainable design with a goal of LEED Silver certification.
